Senior Psychologist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the psychology curriculum standards
2. Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions that encourage student participation
3. Utilize various teaching methodologies to meet the diverse learning needs of students
4. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback on their performance
5. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
6. Guide students in understanding psychological theories and applications
7. Facilitate discussions on contemporary psychological issues and research
8. Support students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills
9. Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and attendance
10. Coordinate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
11. Engage in professional development to stay abreast of the latest teaching strategies and psychological research
12. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns
13. Organize extracurricular activities related to psychology to enhance student learning
14. Provide emotional support to students experiencing academic-related pressures
15. Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development initiatives

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in psychology or education
2. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in psychology at the PGT level
3. Teaching certification or relevant qualification
4. Strong knowledge of psychological concepts and theories
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Proficient in using educational technology and tools
7. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
8. Demonstrated commitment to student engagement and success
9. Skilled in creating a positive learning environment
