Key responsibilities:
1. Research and develop creative and cutting-edge robotics projects and programs
2. Work with students to guide them to develop projects and programs for the robots to achieve the desired goal
3. Develop detailed curriculum and class plans to complete conceptualized projects to add to the project bank.
4. Work with different mentors across programming, and mechanical to incorporate all aspects of the project build.
5. Cultivate a safe, thriving, and respectful environment to foster collaboration and innovation
6. Create and keep records of each class, and student progress, share periodic feedback, and modify teaching techniques to encourage student progress and foster a real love for STEM and innovation among young students
