Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant for a full-time position. This role requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of work experience. The position is open to candidates in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and integration of SAP HCM modules, ensuring the seamless operation of HR systems.

Qualifications and Skills
Expertise in SAP HCM with strong knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management Systems (Mandatory skill).
Competency in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with HR functions.
Proficiency in SAP Fiori to enhance user experience through a simplified interface.
Experience with SAP Integration to ensure seamless connectivity with various SAP modules.
Strong background in Business Process Reengineering to optimize HR processes and workflows.
Hands-on experience with HRIS Implementation for efficient Human Resource management solutions.
