Key responsibilities:

1. Make outgoing calls to interested candidates looking for international careers, brief them about IOTS and the international opportunities.
2. Responsible for calling all leads & converting them into walk-ins & enrolling
3.Responsible for handling outbound and incoming calls to ensure fresh walk-ins to our International Programs.
4. Meeting business targets or KPI with effective tele counseling skills
