Senior Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients or existing customers using a prepared script.
2. Promote products and services and explain their features and benefits.
3. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
4. Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
5. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
6. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
7. Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
8. Work closely with the sales or marketing team to improve the lead generation process.
9. Provide feedback on call responses and suggest improvements.
10. Provide customer service if necessary.
