About the job

As a Customer Call Executive, you will be the voice of Vakeel Saab for thousands of users.

Key responsibilities:

1. Receive calls, guide callers, explain legal consultation packages, and build trust with people who may be confused, anxious, or new to legal services, and convert them to take the legal advisory call.
2. Handle inbound & outbound calls from users seeking legal help
3. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable legal services or packages.
4. Guide users on how to use the website/app for consultations or bookings.
5. Resolve complaints or queries with patience and empathy.
6. Follow up with users to ensure query resolution and satisfaction.
7. Work with the legal operations team to coordinate appointments with lawyers.
8. Maintain call logs and feedback in the CRM system.

Requirement:

1. Fluency in Hindi & English speaking.
2. Added regional language is a bonus.
3. Legal Knowledge will be an advantage.

Location: South Delhi
