About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead digital strategy development and implementation aligned to business priorities across owned, paid & earned media formats
2. Head account management and be the owner of the entire relationship including project deliveries, business development, and profitability for a set of clients
3. Work on thought leadership in developing innovative and efficient marketing programs and delivering them as per client requirements (objectives, budget, timelines)
4. Work on measuring and reporting the impact of digital programs and strategy to the clients at periodic intervals
5. Implement and architect digital marketing programs associated with key business goals including lead generation, awareness, consideration, engagement, loyalty, and conversion rates
6. Drive consistent user experience across digital destinations, mobile, video, social media, and search
7. Develop agency strategy for digital capabilities including capacity and skills assessment
8. Provide subject matter expert feedback on digital marketing tools and processes, including lead generation, paid media, online content management, and social media
9. Develop, adapt & execute multi-platform social media strategies, including but not limited to managing communities, and editorial calendars, measuring digital footprint, building & maintaining blogger/community relationships
10. Achieve digital scorecard metrics and manage the digital marketing budget
11. Develop social listening and learning framework to ensure customer insights are integrated into campaigns and customer engagement channels
12. Define and develop a proof of concepts to test innovative tactics
13. Work on people development and building a strong and motivated team

Skills & Requirements:

1. Highly self-motivated and detail orientated
2. Proven track record in 360-degree digital marketing experience from managing corporate sites to full-scale social media
3. Managed a range of marketing budgets, from a 50K USD budget to a 500k USD campaign, with an ROI-proven track record
4. Agency Management (from pitch to negotiating the scope of work, scorecard management, etc.)
5. Good fundamentals in traditional marketing and business planning
6. Must be comfortable working with a remote and virtual team
7. Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
8. Strong negotiation skills and target-orientated approach
9. Should be a thorough leader

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 15%
