About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Customer focus and revenue generation:

1. Maintain all revenue data for changeable support
2. Maintain data of DDNS, DCR Report, etc.
3. Provide technical support for the project site (Milestone, Mirasys support)
4. Internal engineer for CCTV, IPC, access control, VDP, biometric machine, and other
5. Understand customer requirements and pitch the product to dealer, sales team
6. Regular feedback updates to customers as and when required to increase customer satisfaction
7. Creation and maintenance of required data with accuracy and quality
8. Align the engineer for a site visit if required

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
