Service Engineer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Travelling to client sites & handling troubleshooting of analytical instruments
2. Working on the execution of ICT, warranty visits and AMC visits
3. Attending breakdown visits and setting the instrument right
4. Working on installation and commissioning of analytical instruments and accessories
5. Carrying out warranty/AMC/breakdown visits at sites to resolve the problems
6. Working on documentation (should have good knowledge in documentation, MIS etc.)
7. Following up with teams/customers related to SERM/service and maintenance
8. Working on prompt service to the customer
9. Working on a new reference collection
10. Working on service-related revenue generation (AMC, ISP, CRM & spares, etc.)
11. Having efficiency at creating and sending OA, PI and daily sheet related to service

Note: CTC will be subject to experience & qualification.
