Key responsibilities:

1. Meeting new people and understanding their financial life goals
2. Suggesting appropriate financial solutions amongst the available options - mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, etc.
3. Creating and maintaining all communication with the client for a reliable professional relationship
4. Developing good reading habits so as to be informed about current markets/financial industry and to actively participate in discussions for a connecting relationship within the organization team and clients
5. Adhering 100% towards compliance and regulations
6. Learning extraordinary listening skills to understand the client's requirements and taking necessary action on it

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
