Service Technician Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
2. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production
3. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately
4. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees
5. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production
6. Perform maintenance and provide customer support
7. Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair
8. Write service reports after every diagnose
9. Respond to service requests and repairs products
10. Travel to other places for service
11. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability
12. Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions

Skills:

1. Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed
2. Proficiency in MS Office
3. Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot equipment
4. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
5. Strong diagnostic skills
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to make decisions under pressure
8. Able to meet the physical requirement of the job
