ServiceNow Consultant (IRM/IRC) Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Consultant to implement and enhance Integrated Risk Management solutions. This role involves working with risk, compliance and audit stakeholders to deliver end-to-end risk management processes on ServiceNow.

Requirements:

Overall 5+ and Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM/IRC implementations.
In-depth knowledge of risk and compliance methodologies.
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and automation.
Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare etc. is a plus.
Design and implement ServiceNow IRM modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Vendor Risk.
Develop risk workflows, controls, indicators and scoring models.
Support integrations with external GRC tools and data sources.
Customize dashboards and reporting for risk posture visibility.
Ensure adherence to industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, etc.
Must have ServiceNow IRM Implementation Specialist certification.
