1. Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen and service operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment
2. Monitor and manage staff performance during the shift, providing guidance and support as needed
3. Ensure all food items are prepared according to the outlet's recipes and quality standards
4. Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies
5. Place orders with the central kitchen as needed to replenish inventory and prevent shortages
6. Track and report discrepancies or issues with inventory to the outlet manager
7. Ensure all staff follow proper food handling procedures and maintain cleanliness
8. Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation of equipment and workstations
9. Train and supervise kitchen and service staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
10. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
11. Ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately and meet quality standards before dispatch
12. Complete shift reports detailing operations, inventory status, staff performance, and any incidents or issues
13. Communicate important information or concerns to the outlet manager
Requirement:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within a QSR or cloud kitchen environment
Qualification- HSC & Above
2. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
