Shoot Coordinator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage assigned departments with little supervision
2. Partner with athletes to confirm shoots, enforce deadlines
3. Interact with photographers, photo assistants, stylists, and art directors regarding priorities and rushes
4. Monitor and spearhead rush photography and returns
5. Receive merchandise back after the shoot, inspect contents, and report discrepancies
6. Manage images post-photo shoot, including reshoots, rush images, color swatching, and color corrections
7. Pack and accurately document merchandise for shipping according to proper specifications
8. Return merchandise to the vendor, buying office or warehouse
9. Work in plum slice database, updating current information on samples and photography status
10. Understand priorities and act in accordance with business needs
11. Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all partners
