About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain SIP servers and related equipment, including session border controllers, gateways, and other networking devices
2. Monitor and troubleshoot server and network issues related to SIP traffic, including quality of service, connectivity, and security
3. Work with other IT teams to ensure that SIP servers and related systems integrate smoothly with other systems and applications
4. Develop and implement security protocols and measures to protect SIP servers from unauthorized access and attacks
5. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including upgrades, backups, and system patches
6. Create and maintain documentation of all SIP server installations, configurations, and upgrades
7. Provide technical support to end-users and other stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SIP servers and related systems
8. Participate in project planning and implementation related to SIP servers and related systems
