Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with the customers and vendors for on-site project implementation
2. Updating the project plan/GANTT and sharing with stakeholders on a regular basis
3. Evaluating automation vendor to onboard and for project implementation
4. Updating customers on a timely basis
5. Providing technical/troubleshooting support to customers
