Key Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging, high-quality Instagram Reels and video content for social media platforms
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that boost brand engagement and visibility
3. Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
4. Brainstorm and execute innovative video ideas for brand promotion
5. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, company events, and product updates in a visually appealing manner
6. Analyze social media trends and competitor strategies to refine content approaches
7. Ensure brand consistency and content quality while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, especially video-based content like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
2. Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or relevant mobile editing apps
3. Strong storytelling and visual content creation abilities
4. Confident and engaging on-camera presence with excellent communication skills
5. Ability to navigate the ever-evolving social media landscape
6. Understanding of Instagram algorithms and organic growth strategies

8. At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing
