About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, write and edit copies for various social media platforms while adapting to the co-founder's voice and tone
2. Keep up-to-date with industry and social media trends and position co-founders as thought leaders
3. Review analytics data to determine what is or what isn't working in existing posts and adjust accordingly
4. Work directly with the co-founder to oversee the day-to-day management of their social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter)
5. Conceptualize and write scripts for videos as well as organize shoots by developing a shoot plan and executing the actual shoot
6. Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and editors for social media post creation

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
