We are looking for a creative social media specialist. As a social media specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales departments.

1. Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
2. Define most important social media KPIs
3. Manage and oversee social media content
4. Measure the success of every social media campaign
5. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
6. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
7. Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development teams
8. Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
9. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
10. Create graphic posts for the brand
11. Create social media reels
12. Create and post content
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
