About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design end-to-end social media campaigns that support the brand objectives
2. Build relationships with marketing agencies and track the campaigns
3. Increase outreach on social media and with the influencer community
4. Identify and build relationships with influencers/content creators
5. Develop and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns
6. Work on onboarding, cost negotiation, briefing & campaign execution with agencies
7. Monitor influencer marketing activities, track & analyse data, post-campaign evaluation, etc.
8. Identify key learnings and opportunities for improvement to meet campaign objectives
9. Stay updated with skin care industry trends
10. Analyse the performance metrics

Other requirements

Candidates based in Mumbai (preferred)

1-2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing/social media handling

Ability to write content for social media

Proficiency with various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative and able to think out of the box

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
