Social Media Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research, ideate, develop and execute content for our social media channels keeping in mind the distinct content formats of each platform
2. Work with the creative teams to ensure the content is engaging, informative and appealing
3. Manage day-to-day content posting with effective tags
4. Organize and maintain social media plans and calendars, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication
5. Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of tone of voice and quality
6. Find and manage fashion and beauty bloggers & influencers to associate with on a monthly basis
7. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
8. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and giveaways
9. Listen and respond to our social media audience and engage them effectively
10. Assist with special projects and campaigns as they arise by bringing to the table creative ideas and executing them flawlessly

Required:

1. 1+ years of agency/brand experience in handling social media for a lifestyle brand (work experience with a fashion/beauty brand is preferred)
2. Love for the ever-evolving world of digital media
3. Passion and understanding of the millennial woman's fashion and skincare needs
4. Excellent story-telling skills that bring ideas to life
5. The ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time
