The role involves three major aspects- social media management, business development & website management.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage all enquires on social media platforms such as Instagram & Facebook in a timely manner (the key to this task is to identify the potential customers from the window shoppers)
2. Work to alert the team members once an order is placed via WhatsApp
3. Assist with ensuring the workflow is managed from the point of order received to order delivery
4. Assist with ensuring that all complaints are dealt with in a timely manner
5. Plan out new content strategies for customer engagement
6. Strategize for customer retention
7. Upload posts and stories every day and work on creating the content calendar (a must)
8. Work to collect Google reviews from walk-in customers, online orders, and customizations
9. Work out a referral or rewards system to keep bringing customers back

11. Assess entire clientele data so as to figure out the key areas of sales predominantly in Kochi and to aggressively remarket
12. Work to figure out new areas to market where clientele already exist outside of Kochi such as Trivandrum, and Thrissur, further the same could be done outside Kerala, preferably south India first such as Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bangalore, etc.
13. Work to utilize influencers who sync with the brand to sell via their social media (the entire clientele data is to be documented as a Google Doc, sorted according to location. This database can be utilized to update our clientele list about new arrivals, thus bringing in new sales)
14. Manage the backend of the website such as uploading details of each product and their SKUS
15. Work to inform the team when an order is placed and also send emails to clients with the tracking details
