Social Media Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the founders on the overall social media strategy for Maw & Paw
2. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques
3. Work on competition mapping by consistently focusing on what the competition is doing
4. Plan campaigns by developing creative & engaging campaign ideas ongoingly
5. Work on content buckets and overview topics under each bucket
6. Set targets to increase brand awareness, followers, and customer engagement
7. Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels
8. Work on the content calendar by planning each piece of content (post, stories, reels, ads, etc.)
9. Work on community management by responding & replying to customer queries & comments
10. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions on Instagram, Facebook page, and WhatsApp groups
11. Capture offline events and project them on social media
12. Connect with pet parents for reviews and video testimonials
13. Coordinate with our team of vets and Ayurvedic doctors, groomers, and stores for content creation
14. Coordinate and oversee work by the graphic design team and content writers, ad manager (digital marketer) for social media, ads, print, and blogs
15. Form key relationships with influencers across platforms for collaborations and affiliate marketing on our platform
16. Schedule each piece of content in advance
17. Monitor and measure the performance of all marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
