1. Develop and implement content strategy, and produce a wide variety of original social-first content pieces including reels, tutorials and interactive videos for our main social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs)
2. Act as a brand ambassador for Swipe
3. Work cross-functionally with designers, guest authors, PR agents, copywriters, and content partners to develop articles, stories, thought leadership, and videos that help us to engage with our target audience
4. Deliver high-quality engagement ideas and stay up-to-date with social media trends
5. Work on organic growth channels to get leads
6. Test and optimize messaging to continually improve web presence
7. Own and maintain the media content library and editorial calendar
8. Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
9. Create visual content for a variety of social media platforms including basic video shooting and editing
