Key responsibilities:

1. Building credibility for the brand by responding to audience queries and grievances across digital platforms - reviewing user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints
2. Maintaining adherence to our committed response times and making the user journey with us worthwhile
3. Coordinatinge with the concerned teams to get the queries and grievances resolved, while proactively keeping the stakeholders informed about the status of the problem
4. Maintaining a strong and consistent presence on review and rating platforms
