Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the social media calendar
2. Brainstorm campaign ideas
3. Post on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
4. Research and run appropriate hashtags to increase organic leads
5. Analyze social media engagement to gauge the success of campaigns
