Social Media Marketing Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the implementation of social media campaigns across a range of channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
2. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop social media strategies that support those goals
3. Work on campaigns for UK and European clients
3. Develop and manage content for social media campaigns, including creating and curating content, writing copy, and scheduling posts
4. Create engaging social media content, write effective copy, and design graphics that align with brand guidelines
5. Work on advertisement campaigns
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social, and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that social media campaigns are integrated with broader marketing and sales efforts
8. Manage client relationships, including regular communication, reporting, and presenting findings and recommendations to clients
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, and implement new strategies as appropriate
10. Produce regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns and present findings to clients

Required:

1. 1+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that increase engagement, drive traffic and generate leads
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal and external stakeholders
