1. Work on handling social media which includes queries from customers, engaging in conversations, posting and reposting every day, boosting posts, and coordinating with other members of the marketing/creative team for social media activities
2. Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any emerging platforms
3. Work on drafting and executing social media strategy for maximizing visibility, traffic, and engagement
4. Work on regularly reporting the numbers and performance of the posted content
5. Continuously evaluate and improve social media strategies based on performance insights, user feedback, and industry developments
