Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for monitoring, connecting, conversing, engaging, and enhancing Traya's online reputation. Become a representative of Traya Health online, aid our online audience by acting as a central point of contact, support various objectives for reputation, branding and audience engagement
2. Ensure the expected turn-around time is delivered on closing a case
3. Overlooking social media pages across the web through a tool to ensure no conversation is missed
4. Creating ORM reports, its analysis, & adding more insights to it
5. Advancing the reports to be more insightful by constantly upgrading the same
6. Complete coordination with the internal customer service team
7. Keeping a regular eye on the competition & providing meaningful suggestions to the brand
8. Building positive customer feedback online through Quora, reddit, blogs, etc.
9. Constantly seek to make value additions in the tool
10. Constantly search and identify for possible new platforms where the brand is mentioned
