1. Work on coordinating and executing various volunteering programs in your city and handling virtual volunteering programs for the organization
2. Work on volunteer management and volunteer mobilization in your city
3. Work on visiting and shortlisting beneficiaries in schools, colleges, and communities
4. Work on identifying and maintaining partnerships with partner organizations and corporates
5. Work on identifying and engaging vendors and procuring materials as needed
6. Work on tracking, analyzing data, preparing reports, and sharing them with all relevant stakeholders
7. Work on overall project management of the city
8. Work on day-to-day operations
9. Work on helping identify and implement creative solutions for any problems
Requirements:

7. Graduate/Postgraduate degree - BSW and MSW preferable, any other degree is also welcome

9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with volunteers, staff, beneficiaries, stakeholders, and vendors
10. Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
11. Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
12. Willingness to travel locally (inter-city when required)
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Prior volunteering experience would be an advantage
15. Effective persuasive skills
16. Innovative problem-solving skills
17. Willing to work with the organization for a minimum of 2 years
18. Can travel to Chennai for training programs and quarterly meetings as and when required (travel & accommodation will be taken care of by the company)
Working days: Monday to Friday + 2 working Saturdays a month
