Soft Skills Coach - Trainer For Children Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Function in launched markets as a soft skills mentor
2. Conduct & deliver sessions in batches as per our modules and SOPs
3. Focus on the child s learning, progress & other outcome metrics
4. Monitor the child s improvement and help him with any doubts/clarifications (all content, props, material & training are to be provided by Bloom only)

Required:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferably psychology/sociology/MBA background, but not restricted to)
2. Fond of kids & some experience in managing them is a plus point
3. Knack for soft skills; well-groomed & hospitable
4. Good communication skills, and fluent in English
5. Smart to anticipate, adapt & deliver
6. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS office and other computer tools
7. Young females, B.Sc/M.Sc psychology/ B.Ed/ B.A/MBA candidates preferred
