Only those candidates can apply who:
1. have minimum 1 years of experience
2. are from Delhi only
1. Proven track record in soft skills or behavioral skills training (3+ years preferred).
2. Experience coaching mid-to-senior professionals in areas such as communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.
Strong Facilitation Skills:
1. Ability to engage diverse groups and adapt to varied learning styles.
2. Skilled at asking the right questions to draw out insights and foster growth.
Curriculum Design Knowledge:
1. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
2. Comfort in adapting or creating new course materials to suit client needs.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
1. Ability to build trust, rapport, and credibility quickly.
2. Strong active listening, empathy, and feedback-giving techniques.
3. Passion for Continuous Improvement
4. Openness to feedback and a mindset focused on refining training processes.
5. Enthusiasm for exploring new strategies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (On-site | Remote | Hybrid)
Location: Kapable Office, Saket, New Delhi
Work Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
