Key responsibilities include:

1. Design, develop, test, and release new features within the Journeys Orchestration component of Adobe Journey Optimizer.
2. Identify service bottlenecks and propose effective technical solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
3. Address production alerts and outages, perform root-cause analysis, and implement mitigation plans.
4. Debug and resolve customer-reported issues within the product.
5. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Contribute innovative ideas through prototypes, presentations, or patents.
