We are hiring developers (from 0 to 10 experience) with relevant knowledge and experience with the development and deployment of large-scale cloud-native enterprise systems on PHP, REST APIs, Node JS, Flutter, AWS & MySQL.
As a full-stack engineer, you will be working to create scalable, maintainable, bug repellent state of art web applications.
About the tech department:
Our internal tech team is responsible for end-to-end in-house tech support which includes and is not limited to design, development & deployment. We are continuously developing and improvising our products to enhance customer and team experience. As we are in the fintech space, our team has to ensure the database security of the application.
Key responsibilities:
1. Participate in full lifecycle development
2. Work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to analyze requirements
3. Review peer code changes
4. Make recommendations for design and implementation improvements
5. Work on integrating the frontend UI with backend APIs
6. Design and implement APIs for web/mobile (both Android & IOS) applications
7. Work with the product team in prioritizing development activities for weekly sprints
Prior experience (0-10 years - not mandatory)
Ability to quickly learn advanced technologies in PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Ajax, Git
Familiarity in working with HTML, CSS, JS, etc.
Strong team player with an open mindset to learn new technologies and knowledge of common SDLC
A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
Preference will be given to those with internship experience, who have worked on their own projects and have experience in PHP, MySQL, etc.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Currently, we are the market leaders in the education finance segment and are working with 14+ financial institutions & this number has been growing steadily over the years. Also, last year we disbursed approximately 10,000 cr worth of student loans & this year we are expecting to do more!
