Software Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Designing, coding, working on unit test, and integrating applications based on the Java platform with the utilization of web services
2. Participating actively in software design discussions and being responsible for low-level designs
3. Writing code that is both functional and elegant, following appropriate design patterns
4. Responsible for key parameters including quality, schedule & correctness for project deliveries
5. Working effectively with client support teams and implementation architects to resolve application issues

Domain : Java, testing, DevOps, RPA (automation & Salesforce), Python/PL SQL, data analytics, business analyst, Dotnet.

Qualification/Criteria:

1. BE/B. Tech in CS/IT or MCA
2. No gap in education
3. No current backlogs
4. 60% and above in 10th, 12th/diploma and graduation (throughout)
5. Must be ready for 2 years of service agreement
6. Only B. Tech CS/IT background - 22-23 pass out strictly
7. Excellent oral and written communication
8. Passionate about learning and doing research work
9. Good analytical, mathematical & logical skills
10. Weightage of technical skills (60%)
11. Communication & interpersonal skills (25%)
12. Problem-solving skills (15%)
