About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
3. Manage user accessibility at the software level
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues and connect with OEM if required
5. Refer to the internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
6. Prioritize and manage several open issues at the time
7. Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
8. Prepare accurate and timely reports
9. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
10. Prepare the functional requirement document by coordinating with the software team
11. Interact with the customer and conduct requirements by gathering tasks

Requirements:

1. Male candidates living nearby Chhatarpur (will be preferable)
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and POSH

Skill(s) required

Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Microsoft PowerApps
Earn certifications in these skills
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
