Software Testing Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend daily project status calls
2. Gain detailed knowledge of the applications in order to provide support to the test engineers on the team
3. Develop test approaches/strategies/plan
4. Take ownership of system test activities and manage functional and integration testing in an AGILE environment
5. Determine testing scope & prepare test design, planning activities/tasks
6. Perform a thorough review of business requirements & function specifications and provide feedback
7. Identify and analyze quality risks in web, infrastructure upgrade-related applications
8. Prepare and manage the project testing schedule and quality of deliverables
9. Facilitate and coordinate with customer
10. Manage defects in the test environment and perform root cause analysis
11. Prepare and manage time estimates in fixed bid deliverable

Requirements:

1. Should have the ability to support the activities of the test engineers
2. Good communication is a must to apply for this position
3. Experience in agile testing and risk-based testing
4. Good understanding of SDLC/agile processes and end-to-end test life cycle
5. Expertise in manual functional testing
