As the specialist - talent management, you will work closely with PX managers and business leaders to provide support in all areas of people experience, including the creation & updations of PX policies, and procedures, driving & evaluating strategic interventions, and creating business overviews. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge of PX policies, procedures, and best practices and possess strong business acumen along with a hunger to innovate with exceptional analytics and presentation skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain people experience policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns from employees and managers
3. Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing employee relations issues
4. Support managers in the development and implementation of performance management plans
5. Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and present recommendations to HR managers and business leaders
6. Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations related to HR policies, procedures, and best practices
7. Maintain accurate employee records and assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics
8. Contribute to the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives

Master's degree in human resources or related field
0-3 years of experience in an HR-related role with a focus on HR policies, procedures, and business presentations
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with strong business acumen
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
