1. Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to attract and enroll students in our IIT/JEE/NEET coaching programs.
2. Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and achievement of enrollment targets.
3. Plan and execute outreach activities, including school visits, educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote our programs and attract prospective students.
4. Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students and their parents, addressing their queries and concerns, and guiding them through the admission process.
5. Continuously evaluate and improve the admissions process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and student satisfaction.
6. Work closely with the marketing, academic, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to student admissions.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on admissions metrics, trends, and performance to senior management.
Note: This role requires the candidate to relocate to Oman.
