Staff Operations Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage complete office operations and maintain discipline on the premises
2. Handle complete inventory, stock, and maintain accounting books for the usage of stock
3. Handle walk-in customers and explain to them about company's products and services
4. Manage the operations staff and maintain the timeline for dispatch and delivery of customer orders
5. Operate fully automated machines to print books and 3D print plastic products
6. Keep up-to-date stock inventory and manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
7. Handle maintenance and repairs of all equipment and machines on the floor
8. Maintain healthy communication with vendors to make sure the procurement is done in a timely and cost-effective manner
9. Make daily calls to potential leads for business development

Requirements: Freshers, with less than 1 year of experience, who can learn new technology quickly and do multiple different activities in a day will be preferred.
