1. Undertake primary and secondary research for industry trends
2. Write/create reports, process flowcharts, questionnaires, policy manuals, etc.
3. Collect data and carry out data analysis and interpretation
4. Coordinate with leads during data collection, HR surveys, HR audits, JD preparation, TNA and assessment centers, etc.
5. Work on any other related HR tasks as assigned to the candidate
Requirements:
1. Candidate with BBA, MBA (human resources), and physiology background
2. Candidate with 0-2 years of experience in the human resources domain or any relevant role
3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal English communication
