About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Assist and lead the initiatives along with the team in product development
2. Collaborate ideas with the team and the managing director/CEO
3. Assist in defining the strategy and roadmap for the organization
4. Work on setting targets and implementing planning, including resource management and planning (e.g., budgeting & revenue projections) and market research to determine and fulfill customer wants and needs
5. Work on conducting risk assessment, mitigation planning, and monitoring in collaboration with teams
6. Identify and onboard high-quality talent of relevant expertise for the organization
7. Contribute significantly to the vision of being the market leader in the preventive healthcare segment
8. Coordinate between different teams to ensure agility

Who can apply

8. Should have strategic thinking skills and a growth mindset

9. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
