About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Resolve day-to-day academic queries of learners and ensure a minimum TAT & 95% CSAT
2. Develop a cohort-wise mentorship plan and implement it to achieve 80% qualified students from each assigned cohort
3. Help learners achieve weekly and monthly outcome milestones like assignment submissions, vivas, etc.
4. Ensure active engagement and handle communications through calls, email, and learner groups
5. Review weekly learner engagement data and make action plans to ensure an 80% cohort qualification rate
6. Incorporate developmental suggestions and feedback received from program managers, category managers, and other stakeholders
