1. Counseling and guiding clients on the study abroad process
2. Converting leads and close looping for overseas studies and career counseling
3. Assisting operations team in ensuring proper documentation to universities and Study abroad portals
4. Regularly connecting with students pre and post-departure for studies
5. Handling queries of teachers, tuition centres, channel partners
