Key responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Create unique questions of good quality & write quality solutions to the previous year's questions; work on subject & exam-specific books/study material/subject notes, etc.
2. Content Review: Work on the thorough review of the content based on the latest exam pattern & difficulty level analysis (the aim is to make every question error-free and enhance the quality)
3. Content Research Analysis: Work on thorough research & analysis of different competitive exams, their previous year, and memory-based papers; stay up to date with the latest exam pattern; communicate with the aspirants and the students to stay updated with the latest exam trends; interact with the users to understand and resolve their queries and doubts
4. Team Handling: Work on building & managing a competent team of freelancers and reviewing their work; train content developers to make them deliver better content
Experience:
1. Experience: Must have relevant knowledge of content writing & team management
2. Skills: Proven organizational and team management skills
3. Enthusiasm to work in a challenging environment and meet hard deadlines
4. Strong subject-specific creative thinking skills
5. Qualifications: Graduation in any field & must be qualified in any competitive exam (such as SSC, banking, defense, etc.).
