About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on device configuration and preparation
2. Work on e-meter configuration and preparation
3. Ensure customer engagement during the installation
4. Create site details
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the project meets project objectives and compliance standards
6. Monitor the installed sites, debug the issues, and communicate the issues with respective departments
7. Conduct reference calculations
8. Keep track of the algorithm for the sites (when active/inactive)
9. Take customer support calls (onsite/offsite)

Other requirements

Only B. Tech/diploma in electronics and telecommunication

Understanding of communication protocol HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP
