Key responsibilities:

1. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via support portal, e-mail, phone, and other electronic mediums
2. Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose software faults
3. Provide software support, including procedural and documentation
4. Work on installing and configuring computer systems
5. Respond within agreed time limits to client call-outs
6. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
7. Work on testing and evaluating new technology

Skills & Requirements:

1. Able to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines
2. Proficient in internet-related applications such as e-mail clients, FTP clients, and web browsers
3. Must be able to multitask and work with departments & teams
4. Deep methodical troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills are required
5. Must have database experience - SQL
6. Must have operating system experience (Windows Server)
