Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Giving demo presentations to customers on products and services
3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
4. Communicating with customers through various channels
5. Acknowledging and resolving customer queries
6. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support

Required:

1. Have good computer knowledge
2. Qualification: Undergraduate/graduate, and BPO experience of 1 year is a must
