System Administrator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot user systems - periodically troubleshoot and fix PC/printer/scanner issues as per user complaints
2. Log regular complaints from every user and try to find permanent solutions
3. Suggest improvements in the existing system/network setup
4. Handle backup monitoring - regularly monitor the daily backup process in the server
5. Check whether the backed-up data is saved in the respective folder as defined in the backup job
6. Perform daily check systems for network connectivity and report any instances to the reporting head
7. Ensure share drive access does not have any issues and if need be fix them when the user requests
8. Perform recheck systems for antivirus updates and scans
9. Monitor antivirus logs for any red flags by logging into the portal
10. Handle ad server monitoring - add/remove users in the server
11. Set folder permissions
12. Connect users to the company domain
13. Perform IT asset monitoring - periodically update the list of available IT assets at the client base and submit them to your reporting head
14. Classify working and non-working IT assets
15. Update the available IT stock list
16. Update and monitor periodically the IP addresses and email addresses of users
