Key responsibilities:

1. Identify candidates for our customer companies through calls, emails, app notifications
2. Evaluate candidate fitment for the role on various parameters
3. Explore talent networks such as college hiring and other new sourcing strategies
4. Share the relevant profile with the team and help them in the shortlisting process
5. Create daily plans, manage bandwidth and ensure that we achieve the desired results
6. Collaborate with a cross-functional team in sales, operations & marketing to close positions faster
